About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to help improve core accounting operations and work to reach the next level in our digital processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You’ll work closely with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Help manage daily accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, general ledger, and account reconciliations
- Help strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
- Work with operations and leadership on inventory maintenance, costing and assist with Physical Inventory
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Netsuite experience
- Comfortable handling Large Data Sets
- Worked with Advanced Excel functions
- Familiarity with optimizing workflows
- Worked with PO systems in Manufacturing
- Experience with Lease Management a plus
