The Store Manager is part of a co-management and leadership team found throughout the organization's 43 Employment Program Centers. Tasked with meeting budgeted sales and production goals, Store Managers may supervise up to 12 staff members. Alignment with the organization's values and ethics, the ability to embrace a robust safety culture, and the desire to provide excellent service to donors ensure that management creates an environment conducive with success.
The position is an exempt position, often requiring weekend work. The positions are located in Raleigh-Durham and Chapel Hill areas. Salary is $52,000 per year. Benefits package includes, health, dental, and retirement. Applicant must have a minimum of one-year supervisory experience (experience in a retail and/or production environment a plus).
