What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Magnolia Physical Therapy, you will:
- Deliver skilled Physical Therapy treatments based on established plans of care.
- Progress exercises and treatment activities based on patient response, goals, and clinical presentation.
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, movement quality, and overall function.
- Educate patients throughout their recovery so they understand their treatment and stay engaged in the process.
- Communicate closely with Physical Therapists regarding progress, challenges, and changes in patient presentation.
- Build strong relationships with patients that improve trust, accountability, and treatment outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinic environment where excellent patient care is the priority.
