Families & Communities Rising, Inc. (FCR) is seeking a dedicated Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Head Start/Early Head Start center. This position is ideal for a strong leader who is passionate about supporting children, families, and early childhood professionals.
What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and support teachers, family engagement specialists, and center staff

Oversee daily center operations, staffing, scheduling, and facilities

Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and licensing requirements

Monitor classrooms to maintain safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environments

Build strong relationships with families and community partners

Promote teamwork, professional development, and continuous program improvement
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field

At least three years of early childhood education experience, including supervisory or management experience

Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
-
Head Start or Early Head Start experience is highly desirable
