General Requirements:
At least 18 years old
Weekend availability a must
10-28 hours of availability per week preferred
Ability to lift 25lbs or more preferred
Ability to service customers and operate point of sales system

Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with cooks and other staff.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
- Packing take-out orders as needed
- Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans.
-Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required
- Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
- Facility Cleanliness
- Product packing and storage
Skills/ Experience:
- Preferred knowledge of standard kitchen procedures
- Preferred knowledge of local seafood
- Strong motor, Good initiative, Professional Attitude, Trustworthy
