This position works directly with the owner and touches nearly every part of the business. Every day is different, and the right person will enjoy creating organization, solving problems, and helping move projects forward.
What You'll Do
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
- Coordinate customer communication and follow-up
- Organize projects from beginning to completion
- Work with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Maintain organized files, records, and office systems
- Assist with marketing, social media, and special projects
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and office logistics
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and efficiency
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Professional demeanor
- Comfortable learning new software and technology
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Administrative Professional, Project Coordinator, or Customer Service Professional is preferred but not required.
We're willing to train the right person with the right attitude and character.
