Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate a diverse range of activities, including social, recreational, and therapeutic programs

Plan and execute special events, such as holiday celebrations, birthday parties, and entertainment programs
Recruit and manage volunteers and help them feel valued and integrated into the activity program
Document and track activity participation and resident feedback to continuously improve the program
Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and vendors to provide additional resources and opportunities for residents
