Coastal Movement Specialists is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team!
Coastal Movement Specialists is a private physical and occupational therapy clinic located in Johns Island SC. We provide individualized one-on-one care with a focus on healing through movement to allow our patients to live a more active and pain free life. Our patient case load ranges from orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular impairments. Additionally our clinic utilizes Pilates based rehab to enhance our patient treatment.
We are looking for someone with week day availability between the hours of 7/8am and 6pm (Saturday hours are available if desired). Schedule is flexible based on patient demand.
Full Time Position: 35-40 hours per week. Starting November 2026.

Requirements:
- Current South Carolina PT license
- 1 year experience of > preferred, new graduates welcome to apply with experience in adult outpatient setting
- Current CPR certification
Preferred:
- Experience with vestibular/post concussion patient population
- Experience with Pilates (either personally or in PT setting)
