About Us
Turks Head Wines was founded in 2022 and opened its Tasting Room in summer 2024. Here at Turks Head, we strive to bring our high-end, premium California wines to our local community in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Our goal is to create a team with a shared love of wine, a passion for food, customer service, and a desire to create unique and lasting experiences that continue long after our guests leave our Tasting Room.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven bartender who thrives in a team-based environment and is excited to be part of a growing wine-focused tasting room.
The ideal candidate has strong bar experience, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to work efficiently while creating a warm, polished, and memorable experience for guests and members. While wine knowledge is a plus, we are also looking for someone who is eager to learn more about wine service, hospitality, and the overall Turks Head guest experience.
This role will support the day-to-day flow of the tasting room, including beverage service, food service, bar setup and breakdown, guest interaction, restocking, cleaning, polishing glassware, and maintaining a clean and organized bar and service area.
