Field Representative – Real Estate Investment Company
$20.00 to $21.00/hour + $500 Monthly Vehicle/Gas Allowance + Commission Opportunities
We are an established Real Estate Investment Company seeking an energetic, dependable, and personable Field Representative to join our team full-time.
Our company works directly with property owners who may be facing a variety of property-related challenges, including mortgage or property tax delinquency. Our goal is to connect with property owners, understand their situation, and explore potential solutions available to them.
This is a field-based position. You will travel to assigned residential properties throughout the area to make in-person contact with property and help connect interested owners with our office.
Responsibilities
● Drive to assigned residential addresses throughout the workday
● Make in-person contact with property owners or occupants
● Professionally introduce yourself and our company
● Explain the purpose of our outreach and help establish communication with the property owner
● Build rapport and gather basic information
● Connect interested property owners with our office team
● Deliver company information or correspondence when appropriate
● Document the outcome of each property visit
● Communicate regularly with our office regarding contacts and necessary follow-up
● Represent our company professionally and respectfully at all times

● Sensitive to the fact that some property owners may be experiencing difficult financial or property-related circumstances
● Self-motivated and able to work independently
● Organized, reliable, and punctual
● Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday driving
Requirements
● Valid driver’s license
● Reliable personal vehicle
● Current auto insurance
● Smartphone with GPS/navigation
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to travel to multiple properties throughout the workday
Compensation
● $20.00 to $21.00/hour base pay
● $500 monthly vehicle/gas allowance
● Additional commission opportunities
● Full-time position
