Your Role on the Field:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Prospect and connect with potential clients using our proven system
- Present and sell our products to new and existing customers
- Set follow-ups and maintain long-term client relationships
- Hit or exceed your sales targets every month
- Lead training “practice sessions” for new team members
- Step into a leadership role and guide your own squad to success
Skills & Stats We Look For:
- Full-time availability (Mon–Fri)
- Prior B2B or outside sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Self-motivated and results-focused
- Strong relationship-building ability
