RN Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
Conduct routine assessments and evaluations of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Foster a positive work environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of respect among staff members
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 0 years of experience as an RN Supervisor or similar leadership role
Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Every other weekend and Holiday requirements
