We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Soccer Coach to join our team in Bergen County. As a soccer coach, you will have the opportunity to coach travel soccer teams, Rec teams and player development programs to help young athletes develop their skills, build teamwork, and foster a love for the game. If you are passionate about soccer, possess excellent coaching abilities, and enjoy working with children, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training sessions and game strategies for both travel and recreational soccer teams.
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork.
- Create a positive and supportive environment to motivate players and foster their love for the game.
Requirements:
- Previous coaching experience, preferably with travel and/or recreational soccer teams.
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Own reliable transportation to travel to different practice and game locations.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends for practices and games.
