Bridal Store General Manager
White Swan Bridal Boutique | Roswell, GA
Full-Time | $23–$27/hour + Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity | Tuesday–Sunday Schedule
White Swan Bridal Boutique is looking for a warm, confident, and experienced Bridal Store General Manager to help lead our team, elevate our client experience, and support the continued growth of our boutique.
This is not just a sales role. We are looking for a true leader — someone who can coach stylists, support daily operations, protect the culture of the store, and help create an exceptional bridal experience for every bride who walks through our doors.
About White Swan Bridal Boutique
White Swan Bridal Boutique is a bridal store in Roswell, GA, focused on creating a warm, personal, and unforgettable experience for brides and their families. We believe bridal is emotional, meaningful, and highly personal — and our team plays a major role in helping each bride feel confident, celebrated, and cared for.
We are growing and continuing to build stronger systems, training, and leadership structure within the business. We are looking for a General Manager who is excited to be part of that next chapter.
About the Role
The General Manager will partner closely with ownership to oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, lead and develop the team, support sales performance, and maintain a consistent, elevated client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in bridal, luxury retail, retail management, fashion, hospitality, or a high-touch customer service environment and enjoys both people leadership and operational responsibility.
Compensation
- $25–$27/hour, based on experience
- Full-time position
- Performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 10% annually
- Bonus eligibility will be tied to agreed-upon KPIs, including store performance, team development, closing ratio improvement, operational consistency, and customer experience
This role is structured around a strong hourly base and leadership-based performance goals rather than a commission-heavy structure.
Schedule
This role requires consistent availability on our busiest business days, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The expected regular schedule is Tuesday through Sunday, with Monday as the regular day off.
Because bridal is a weekend-centered business, weekend availability is required. Planned weekend time off may be available with advance notice and appropriate store coverage.
As the team continues to grow and coverage becomes more consistent, there may be an opportunity to adjust the schedule in the future to include an additional regular day off, such as Tuesday. However, the current expectation for this role is Tuesday through Sunday.
