Reports to: Interim Executive Director
Salary: $68,000–78,000 + benefits
Holds the FRRC’s organizing spine between cycles, not just during them. Owns the base, the chapters, and the people who run the field.
Lead the organizing team, including the three regional organizers (North, Central, and South Florida) and seasonal field staff, during the cycle
Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Membership and Engagement to strengthen program chapters: volunteer leadership development, consistent standards, and chapter health statewide
Own the base-building strategy: how a free membership list becomes active, retained, and mobilized people
Translate GOTV (Get Out The Vote) and civic engagement goals into field execution with the Membership & Engagement team
Steward the chapter leadership pipelines and the bench of emerging volunteer leaders
5+ years of organizing experience with a track record of successful supervisory responsibility
Built or substantially strengthened a volunteer-led chapter or affiliate structure
Statewide or multi-site experience preferred
Fluent in base-building for directly impacted communities
Can hold the line between developing chapters and running them
