Must-Have Requirements
- ✅ Active Montana RN License
- ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) (or equivalent education/experience)
- ✅ BLS (AHA)
- ✅ ACLS (AHA)
- ✅ PALS (AHA)
- ✅ NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
- ✅ Minimum 5 years of acute care RN experience
- ✅ 2 hours of trauma-related education annually
- ✅ 6 hours of stroke education annually (NIHSS counts as 3 hours)
- ✅ Traveler must live 90+ miles from Bozeman, MT
Preferred Qualifications
- House Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience
- Nursing leadership/management experience
- Critical Care (ICU) experience
- Emergency Department (ER) experience
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
Key Responsibilities
- Hospital-wide patient flow management (admissions, transfers, discharges)
- Coordinate staffing and bed placement
- Act as administrative leader during off-hours
- Incident Command during disasters/mass casualty events
- Respond to clinical and operational emergencies
- Supervise nursing operations across all units
- Liaison between physicians, nursing staff, patients, and families
- Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety
- Support quality improvement and hospital operations

Pay: $3,024.00 - $3,168.00 per week
