Job Summary
- Assists the Program Director in the management of all aspects of program to ensure the provision of quality clinical, recovery and rehabilitative services with agency policy and goals and OMH
- ·Supervises the clinical staff as assigned and meets regularly with direct reports·
- Assists the Program Director to recruit, hire, train and evaluate assigned staff and provides and/or coordinates in-service training for staff development.
- Assists in conducting Utilization Reviews as assigned by the Program Director and participates in other quality assurance activities including consumer satisfaction surveys.
- Helps to oversee completion of incident reports and may assist in facilitation of quarterly incident review meeting on a program level and may participate in the agency-wide incident review committee.·
- Assists in the coordination and monitoring of master group schedules to ensure that groups offered are developed from service definitions and meet the individual needs of program participants as determined by their IRPs.
- Maintains collaborative relationships with service providers in community and ensures ongoing linkages for service coordination.
- Maintains a caseload
Pay: $88,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
