We are searching for a Bench Technician/Mechanic in Victor, NY with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to facilitate repairs and manage inventory of coffee brewing equipment. The ability to work comfortably both as part of a team and independently to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment will be highly valued. Field repair is also required throughout the Finger Lakes/Western New York region. A valid New York State driver's license is required.
This position is based at our warehouse location and requires strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
Pay
Shift:
- 1st shift 8am to 430pm M-F
- Weekends only as needed
- Can be Part Time or Full Time
Qualifications
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficient with basic hand tools
- Previous coffee machine repair experience preferred, training provided
- Must possess a valid New York State driver's license
- Employment is contingent upon passing a background check, as permitted by law
Responsibilities
- Perform machine repairs
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Rebuild and refurbish coffee equipment
- Travel to customer locations and company-owned cafe s occasionally to perform repairs
- Install equipment and/or pick up equipment from customer locations and return it to the warehouse
- Assist with preventative maintenance on coffee equipment at company-owned cafe s, wholesale customer locations, and production equipment at the facility
