Customer Service Representative — Ace Handyman Services Columbus
Pay: $17–$19/hour + performance bonuses & spiffs
Ace Handyman Services Columbus is hiring a friendly, organized Customer Service Rep to be the voice of our team. This is a full-time, in-person position at our Westerville office, Monday through Friday, 7:30–4. You'll answer calls from homeowners, book appointments, and keep our craftsmen's schedules full — no cold calling, ever
What you'll do:
Answer inbound calls and turn inquiries into booked appointments
Follow up on estimates, leads, and missed calls
Schedule projects and optimize craftsmen calendars
Process payments and handle customer follow-ups as you grow into the role

What we need:
Great phone presence and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple things at once
Comfortable with scheduling/CRM software, Word, Excel, Outlook
Type 40+ WPM
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service, dispatching, call center, or home services experience is a plus — and experience in the industry, specifically with the ServiceTitan platform, is a huge plus! A great attitude matters most.
