Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Manager. Responsible for Net Sales and Net Profit achievement across key eCommerce accounts, with primary focus on Amazon 3P / Seller Central and related agency management, and secondary support of Walmart Marketplace and other eCommerce accounts as applicable. This role owns the day-to-day management of Amazon marketplace performance, including listings, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, content execution, agency partnership, and business analytics. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of hands-on Amazon 3P / Seller Central experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to turn data into actions that drive growth and profitability.
Onsite attendance is required.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make actionable business recommendations. High Level of organizational skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience working with large datasets, formulas, pivots, lookups, and performance reporting. Proven negotiation, leadership and sales skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon 3P / Seller Central, including listings, catalog management, promotions, inventory coordination, and performance monitoring
- Experience managing agencies or external partners in support of Amazon marketplace growth
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across internal and external teams
- Working knowledge of Amazon advertising and promotional tools preferred; expert-level media experience is not required
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace is strongly preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant fields preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years of relevant eCommerce experience, with direct hands-on responsibility for Amazon 3P / Seller Central. Prior experience with Project Management a plus
- Experience managing agencies or third-party partners supporting Amazon marketplace execution strongly preferred.
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace and/or Specialty eCommerce accounts is a plus.
- Prior experience in vitamins, supplements, nutraceuticals, CPG, or related consumer categories is a plus.
- Prior project management experience is a plus.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
