What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and chef standards in a high-volume kitchen
- Set up and stock your station before each shift
- Keep a clean, organized, and efficient work area during service
- Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH teams to maintain flow
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Contribute to a positive kitchen culture with teamwork, energy, and professionalism

- Previous line cook or prep cook experience preferred
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Able to keep up in a fast-paced kitchen with a great attitude
- Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work weekends and holidays
