About the Role
As a Heavy Haul Transport Operator, you will be the backbone of our logistics network, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of oversized machinery. By leveraging your expertise in load securement and route navigation, you will directly impact our ability to meet critical project timelines and maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities-
Execute the transport of heavy and oversized machinery, ensuring all cargo is secured according to rigorous safety standards.

Optimize delivery logistics by planning efficient routes that account for real-time traffic, weather, and regulatory constraints.

Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to guarantee equipment reliability and operational readiness.

Maintain precise documentation for all hauls, including electronic logs, permits, and customer delivery confirmations.

Serve as a professional point of contact at job sites, ensuring clear communication and positive client experiences.

Participate in ongoing safety training to uphold industry-leading standards for cargo and personnel protection.
Qualifications-
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in heavy equipment hauling.

Proven track record of maintaining a clean driving history and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Comprehensive understanding of DOT regulations and oversized load permitting processes.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude for identifying and resolving minor equipment maintenance needs.

Proficiency in operating auxiliary equipment such as skid steers during loading and unloading.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex logistics independently.
