Project Manager
Baton Rouge, LA | Full-Time | Field Coordination Role
We’re hiring a dynamic, organized Production Project Manager to support our high-volume builder accounts. This role is all about logistics, install readiness, and making sure the day’s schedule flows without friction.
You’ll be the point person on-site—coordinating crews, preventing delays, and keeping quality high across every install.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform builder jobsite walk-throughs and scope confirmations
- Ensure materials and teams are ready, organized, and on time
- Handle punch issues efficiently and clearly communicate updates
- Keep QuickBooks Sales and Work Orders accurate
- Maintain job calendars and documentation
- Collaborate daily with scheduling, warehouse, sales, and builders
- Assist with field team support and installer recruitment
Who You Are:
- Process-oriented and comfortable with daily logistics
- Familiar with builder-side expectations and fast-paced install schedules
- Experienced in construction, flooring, or countertop projects (1+ year preferred)
- Project management or scheduling background (2+ years preferred)
- Strong communicator with a solutions-first mindset
