We are a leading marketing and outreach partner for Frontier Fiber and Verizon Wireless, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Brand Ambassador to join our growing team in the Inland Empire, CA. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be out in the community — connecting with customers, sharing the benefits of Frontier Fiber and Verizon Wireless plans, services, and bundles, and helping local residents find the right solutions for their home and wireless needs.
This is a customer-focused outreach role built for someone who genuinely loves people and wants to make a real impact in their community. No prior experience as a Brand Ambassador is required — we provide complete paid training from day one. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Brand Ambassador
- Represent Frontier Fiber and Verizon Wireless as a Brand Ambassador in local Inland Empire communities, engaging customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct customer outreach across the community, educating cusomers on available Frontier Fiber and Verizon Wireless plans, promotions, and bundled offerings
- Build meaningful connections with customers by listening to their needs and presenting tailored solutions from our Frontier Fiber and Verizon Wireless product portfolio
- Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted Brand Ambassador, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the values and standards of the brands you represent
- Support new customer enrollment and onboarding, guiding individuals through plan selection and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience
- Participate in ongoing Brand Ambassador training sessions to stay current on Frontier Fiber and Verizon Wireless offerings and continuously elevate your customer engagement skills
Requirements of the Entry Level Brand Ambassador
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers from all walks of life
- A genuine passion for community engagement and representing well-known brands like Frontier Fiber and Verizon Wireless
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented — you take initiative and follow through for every customer you work with
- Ability to work both independently in the field and collaboratively as part of a Brand Ambassador team
- Prior experience in customer outreach, hospitality, community engagement, or a people-focused role is a plus — not required
Pay: $3,900.00 - $4,500.00 per month
