Commercial Construction On-Site Superintendent
The company is looking to fill a superintendent role immediately in the Western Colorado area. This job requires you to be on-site every day during the ground up construction of a commercial building.
Requirements/Details:
- 5+ Years experience required in new, ground-up commercial construction.
- Reliable personal transportation required. On-site presence is non-negotiable, every working day.
- Must be able to read a full set of construction documents: architectural, structural, civil, MEP.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractor sequencing and hit hard schedule deadlines.
- Daily progress log maintained throughout the project.
- Direct coordination of all trades and services across the construction team in support of the Project Manager.

- History of completing projects on time and within budget
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
