Bill Page Toyota is seeking a friendly and attentive Valet Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent guest services and ensuring smooth vehicle flow within our parking area. Duties
- Greet guests courteously and provide assistance as needed
- Direct vehicles to appropriate parking spots, ensuring efficient traffic flow
- Manage parking tickets and validate parking when applicable
- Maintain a clean and organized parking area, including signage and equipment
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to address questions or concerns
- Operate manual transmission vehicles for parking or delivery purposes if required
- Support delivery drivers with parking arrangements when necessary
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Dealership experience or familiarity with parking operations is advantageous
- Delivery driver experience or retail math skills are beneficial for handling transactions and logistics
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse guest populations
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members
