Part-Time Operator/Receptionist/Cashier

Patterson Honda & RV is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Operator/Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. This position is responsible for creating a positive first impression for customers, vendors, and guests while providing administrative support and assisting with cashiering and customer service functions.
This position will work up to 30 hours per week, some Saturdays required, and will split time between Patterson Honda and Patterson RV locations.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Route calls and page dealership personnel as needed.
- Take accurate messages and promptly deliver them to the appropriate team members.
- Provide basic dealership information and assist with customer inquiries.
- Process customer payments and cashier transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with parts-related inquiries and support the Parts Department as needed.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, typing, mailing, and data entry.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with office equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Previous receptionist, cashier, customer service, administrative, or dealership experience is preferred but not required.
