Marketing & Bull Stud Administrator
Bullnanza Stud Services is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Marketing and Bull Stud Administrator to join our team. This full-time position combines marketing, customer service, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced livestock reproduction environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the livestock industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
About Bullnanza: Bullnanza Stud Services is a livestock reproduction facility with a focus on male reproductive services. These services include semen collection, processing, sexed semen, semen sales, genetic testing, storage and shipping. Bullnanza has two locations in Sweetwater, TX and Stillwater, OK. We are committed to excellence and helping our customers reach their goals.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Communications, or a related field.
- Background in the livestock industry.
- Knowledge of bovine reproduction and the artificial insemination industry.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to learn and adapt to specialized procedures and software.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting and maneuvering tanks weighing up to 100 pounds when filled with liquid nitrogen.
- Team-oriented while capable of working independently.
Primary Responsibilities
Marketing
- Develop, create, schedule, and manage content across all company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the company website.
- Maintain and enhance the company's website and overall online presence.
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, digital files, and promotional materials.
- Support company branding by ensuring consistent, professional communication with customers and consignment semen clients.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to improve marketing strategies and customer engagement.
- Assist with additional marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Bull Stud & Customer Service
- Schedule bull collection appointments by phone while collecting all necessary information for processing.
- Serve walk-in customers by fulfilling semen orders, filling nitrogen tanks, and assisting with retail supply purchases. Providing excellent customer service to walk-in customers is the highest daily priority.
- Professionally answer and direct calls through the company's multi-line telephone system.
- Provide customers with information regarding office hours, directions, services, and departmental contacts.
- Assist customers with orders, releases, account questions, and inventory inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Process semen transfers between new and existing customer accounts.
- Maintain customer resale and semen inventory records.
- Coordinate and facilitate twice-weekly storage tank filling.
- Conduct customer tank inspections and testing.
- Assist with semen counting and caning as needed.
- Monitor and maintain retail inventory levels.
- Oversee office cleanliness and organization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Daily Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and by phone with:
- Scheduling collection appointments
- Creating and adhering to a content posting schedule
- Preparing appointment paperwork
- Processing payments
- Handling semen releases and customer orders
- Answering account balance, invoice, and inventory questions
- Filling nitrogen tanks
- Check in incoming animals by completing required documentation and assigning identification codes.
- Support the Shipping Department by pulling, verifying, packaging, and preparing shipments.
- Transfer incoming calls or relay messages to the appropriate department.
Backup Responsibilities
When team members are absent due to vacation or illness, responsibilities may include:
- Processing invoices and preparing outgoing shipments.
- Coordinating part-time staff to verify, package, and receive shipments.
- Assisting with semen and embryo inventory.
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving account questions.

Training Period
This full-time, salaried position is available immediately. This position includes a required training and observation period, the duration of which will be determined based on readiness and performance. During this time, the selected candidate will receive extensive instruction on Bullnanza Stud Services' procedures, software, and customer service standards. Performance, compatibility with the team, and benefit eligibility will be evaluated upon successful completion of the training period.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, salaried position available immediately. Due to the nature of the livestock industry, occasional early mornings, evenings, and seasonal overtime may be required.
