What We Offer You:
Competitive Pay:** $18.00 to $22.00/hour depending on experience, plus client tips. You will be a W2 employee not a contractor.
Great Hours:** Monday through Friday, day shifts and evening shifts available

What the Day Looks Like: Working with your partner(s), you will travel to our regular residential clients across the local area to deliver meticulous, top-tier cleanings. Your focus will be on quality and detail:
Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors in kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms. * Thoroughly cleaning, scrubbing, and sanitizing bathrooms (showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrors).
* Wiping down kitchen countertops, appliance exteriors, and cabinet surfaces. Following standard company checklists and protocols to ensure every home feels fresh and welcoming.
* Maintaining a friendly, professional attitude with your teammate and our wonderful clients.
What We Need From You (Requirements):
* A strong work ethic, a warm attitude, and a sharp eye for the little details.
* Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and perform thorough active cleaning throughout the day.
* A reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance (to travel between cleanings).
* A smartphone with a data plan for viewing daily schedules and checking jobs.
* Ability to pass a standard background check.
