Looking for a long-term Childcare Specialist to provide care and companionship for a 7-year-old boy in Wausau, WI

Hours: 40 hours per month with a flexible schedule (may include overnights in your own home)
Daytime or evening hours and overnights-Flexible schedule!
Responsibilities:
Provide activities that align with the child's interests and are age appropriate
Create opportunities to learn and gain confidence in new skills
Provide safety and supervision at all times
Provide transportation within the community
Celebrate wins together!
Pay Rate: $16.80 per hour, higher pay rate for shifts over 8 hours or overnights
*Must pass a criminal background check and must be 18 years old to apply*
Qualifications:
Previous childcare experience is required
Responsible attitude with excellent communication skills
The ability to demonstrate maturity in decision making
Practices safety and caution at all times
