Position Overview
We’re hiring a Direct Support Professional Floater (DSPs) to provide hands-on, community-based support for adults with developmental disabilities. You’ll work one-on-one or in a group setting with clients to help them build skills, achieve personal goals, and thrive in integrated settings.This position offers aggressive pay rates, paid training, and a career pathway toward advanced DSP or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Breaks to DSP's
- Provide direct, hands-on support to individuals in community and vocational settings
- Implement Individual Service Plans (ISP)
- Support skill development in communication, socialization, and independence
- Record daily data and progress in compliance with Title 17 standards
- Collaborate with BCBA, Case Manager, and family members
- Ensure the health, safety, and dignity of individuals served
- Participate in paid training and team meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required); A.A. or B.A. preferred
- 2+ years’ experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities preferred
- Valid CA Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required)
- CPR/First Aid certified (required – training provided upon hire if needed)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
Schedule
Monday – Friday (10:00a.m.- 1:00p.m.) with some flexibility for community activities - Schedule(s)/Hours are subject to change based on client needs/availability.
