Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist with the intake process, including collecting medical histories and updating patient records
- Support chiropractors during patient examinations and treatment sessions by preparing equipment and ensuring proper positioning
- Conduct basic patient assessments, including vital signs and mobility observations, under supervision
- Maintain clear communication with patients regarding procedures, post-treatment instructions, and answering general questions
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized treatment area, sterilizing equipment, and managing supplies
- Document treatment details accurately in patient records and assist with appointment scheduling
- Educate patients on posture, stretching exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing health goals
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding patient service with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care
- Experience in patient assessment techniques and intake procedures preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Basic understanding of anatomy knowledge to support clinical tasks effectively
