What You’ll Do:
- Open new accounts and guide members through products like online banking, loans, IRAs, and HSAs
- Provide personalized support for everyday banking needs and financial questions
- Assist with loan applications, verify documents, and identify new lending opportunities
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions and member communications
- Cross-sell credit union products that match members’ needs
- Help resolve issues, educate members, and deliver a great experience every time

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.50 per hour
