- Within 1 year, you can be on a clear track to six figure income, company van, tools, training, parts, and the opportunity to work for the best and the fastest growing locksmith company in the country.
- First 90 days (training period) is $16.50/hour (we are paying you to train with us and includes benefits at 60 days), and once complete, typically 90 days in, rate increases substantially.
- Learn Locksmithing and Develop a New Career
- Opportunity to learn and develop locksmith skills and eventually become a certified locksmith as experience is gained.
- 2+ years work experience (not necessarily locksmithing)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Construction background is a plus
- Hand & power tool knowledge
- Understanding of locks
- General maintenance
- Strong communication/customer service skills
- Detail-Oriented
Education gained in first 6-12 Months:
- Rekeying locks
- Picking locks
- Duplicating /cutting keys
- Commercial locksmithing and understanding hardware (closer's, panic bars, leverset's, deadbolts, etc)
- Learn - from experienced locksmiths
- Path to eventually become a locksmith road technician
- Understand master key systems, and learn to design them
Requirements -
- Valid Driver's License Required with clean driving record
- 5 year MVR Report required at time of offer
- Clean Background
- Physical stamina to lift heavy hardware, stand for long periods, and work in hot Arizona summers.
