Role Summary:
The Production Associate at SRC Worldwide, Inc is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by performing various tasks associated with the production process. This role involves operating furnace, ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging & labeling of products, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Package products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime if necessary.
