About Us
Utah Trauma Specialists is a specialty outpatient clinic with a strong reputation for treating trauma, anxiety, and OCD. We are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, including ERP, CBT, DBT, and ACT for clients experiencing OCD, phobias, panic disorder, and other anxiety-related conditions.
We are currently hiring a CSW, AMFT, or ACMHC with a strong interest or background in treating OCD and related disorders. This position includes training, supervision, and a built-in referral network to support your caseload growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting rate: $50/hour, increased to $55/hour after maintaining 20+ weekly client sessions
- 20 hours of PTO annually

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who can bring over a small caseload of clients and is ready to grow. We’ll help fill the rest with our established referral sources and marketing program focused on OCD and anxiety specialties.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy for individuals with OCD, anxiety, and related concerns
- Use evidence-based treatments including Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), CBT, and DBT
- Complete intake assessments and treatment planning
- Maintain clinical documentation through SimplePractice EHR
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and optional advanced training
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure coordinated, quality care
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
- Licensure: Active CSW, AMFT, or ACMHC in Utah (in good standing)
- Experience: At least one year in a clinical role; direct experience or strong interest in OCD treatment is required
- Skills:
- Working knowledge of ERP and CBT for OCD/anxiety
- Interest in working with clients with panic, phobias, social anxiety, and related disorders
- Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches is a plus
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical integrity
