Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Virtual School Psychologist to provide remote services to K–12 students in Delaware. This 1099 contractor role offers flexibility while supporting students’ academic achievement, behavioral needs, and social-emotional development in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations

Interpret assessment data and develop clear, legally compliant reports

Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student outcomes

Provide consultation regarding behavioral interventions and mental health concerns

Ensure compliance with Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Delaware Department of Education regulations

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state timelines
Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

Valid Delaware license as a School Psychologist OR eligibility for licensure through the Delaware Department of Education

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a school setting (virtual experience preferred)

Knowledge of Delaware special education processes and compliance requirements
