Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Remodeler to oversee and execute residential and commercial renovation projects from start to finish. As a key leader on our team, you will coordinate trades, manage project timelines, ensure quality standards, and uphold safety protocols. Your expertise in various construction disciplines will drive successful remodels that exceed client expectations. Duties
- Lead remodeling projects by planning, organizing, and supervising all phases of construction work on-site
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met efficiently and accurately
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed plans to guide construction activities
- Manage material procurement, including estimating costs and ordering supplies such as fixtures, cabinetry, and finishing materials
- Supervise the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery to ensure safe and effective operations
- Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines
- Oversee installation of diverse elements including flooring, tile, drywall, stucco, roofing, glass fixtures, doors, trim carpentry, masonry work, and more
- Ensure proper site cleanup and restoration after project completion while maintaining a safe work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in remodeling projects
- Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficiency with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is preferred
- Skilled in various trades such as carpentry (frame and trim), masonry (concrete forming and finishing), plumbing, electrical work, roofing, plastering, welding, tile laying, and hardscape installation
- Ability to operate power tools, heavy equipment, scaffolding, and other construction machinery safely
- Strong understanding of construction estimating practices and site inspection procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tradespeople effectively
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to travel between job sites as needed
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces

Pay: $26.46 - $31.86 per hour
