The Role
We're hiring caring, dependable Early Childhood Teachers for classrooms across all age groups — Infant, Toddler, and Preschool/Pre-K. You'll help build a safe, engaging space where children develop confidence, social skills, and early learning foundations through structured routines and hands-on experiences. Whichever age group you're placed in, we'll match you to where you fit best.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily classroom routines and transitions (meals, rest, learning centers)
- Deliver developmentally appropriate activities using our established curriculum
- Keep the classroom safe, clean, and organized
- Encourage positive social interaction and participation
- Partner with families and fellow teachers through regular communication
- Follow Texas childcare licensing standards and center policies
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Prior childcare experience (preferred)
- A reliable, nurturing, and professional approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet Texas childcare licensing requirements
