As a Customer Service Agent, you'll assist customers of a major Internet Service Provider with questions and concerns regarding their internet service. You'll be the friendly voice customers rely on for support, information, and problem-solving. We're Looking For Candidates Who Are:

Location Requirements
Applicants must reside in the United States. Frontline Call Center is currently ONLY hiring candidates who reside in the following U.S. states:
AR, FL, GA, MI, NC, SC, OH, TX, UT, and VA

Computer and Equipment Requirements
- Windows 11-based PC only; Macs and Chromebooks are not permitted.
- Dual monitors are required.
- At least 16 GB RAM, with 12 GB usable.
- CPU utilization must be at 50% or less.
- At least 256 GB storage space; SSD preferred.
- Ethernet/RJ-45 port is required.
- Wired internet connection is required; Wi-Fi is not permitted.
- Separate headset, keyboard, and mouse are required.
Internet Requirements
- Download speed: 20 Mbps or higher.
- Upload speed: 10 Mbps or higher.
