If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, Zest Culinary Services ( formerly known as MMI Dining Systems ) at St. Paul's Episcopal School has an opportunity that could be for you. As the cook, you will be responsible for providing guest satisfaction by ensuring that all food is cooked properly and timely. If you are dedicated to providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests, this could be the job for you!
Duties include: Prepares food items for daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner ensures the highest quality service and experience for customers. Help keep the kitchen clean, organized and running efficiently. Ensure proper food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures.
Batch cooking experience, positive can-do team attitude, fast-paced busy kitchen, be able to lift 20 plus pounds, read and understand recipes, able to fill out production sheets, clean neat appearance, reliable transportation. Must be able to work early mornings.
