Established (30+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Real Estate Associate for Real Estate Law in Austin, Texas
An established firm based in Austin, Texas with over 30+ years in practice is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 5-7 years of experience to join their team hybrid. This Attorney will have experience with leasing, financings, and acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

Salary range: $220,000-$300,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in real estate law with a strong foundation in leasing financings and acquisitions and dispositions
Background at an AmLaw or similarly recognized Big Law firm
Strong drafting and negotiation skills across complex real estate transactions
Ability to manage multiple deals and work effectively in a fast paced environment
Active bar admission in Texas or eligibility to waive in
Responsibilities:
Handle complex real estate transactions including leasing financings and acquisitions and dispositions
Draft review and negotiate purchase agreements loan documents and lease agreements
Conduct due diligence and coordinate closings for a variety of real estate matters
Collaborate with partners and clients on deal strategy and execution
Maintain strong client relationships and provide practical legal guidance tailored to business objectives
