Job Summary
DoubleTree by Hilton Minneapolis Airport is seeking an energetic and strategic Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across multiple markets. Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals to expand market share and increase revenue streams.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth initiatives.
- Oversee negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability standards.
- Manage sales projects from inception to completion by coordinating cross-functional teams and resources effectively.
Experience
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Director of Sales.
- Extensive experience with business development, strategic planning, and executing complex sales strategies.
- Knowledge and experience with Hilton systems & Delphi is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams through coaching, motivation, and performance management techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a history of closing large or strategic deals that contribute significantly to company growth.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
