Nutratech Labs, Inc., a leader in contract manufacturing of cosmetic and personal care products, is expanding operations and seeking dedicated team members to join our first-shift production crew. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing facility with opportunities for rapid advancement.
What You'll Do:
- Operate in a fast-paced production environment, collaborating with team members to meet daily output goals.
- Fill, cap, and label bottles, jars, and pouches using specialized production machinery.
- Rotate through tasks to cross-train and eliminate repetitive strain.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records to measure, mix, and assemble products.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and accuracy on the production floor.
- Lift containers and equipment (up to 40 lbs) throughout the day.
Who You Are:
- Reliable and punctual with dependable transportation.
- Comfortable with hands-on work, repetitive tasks, and physical activity.
- Quick learner with attention to quality and detail.
- Able to follow written instructions, formulas, or recipes accurately.
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, kitchen, or laboratory environments is a plus.
- Basic math and metric system knowledge strongly preferred.
