Appointment Setter – Call Center
We are looking for motivated and energetic Appointment Setters to join our team! As an Appointment Setter, you will connect with potential clients through outbound calls, build relationships, and schedule qualified appointments that help drive our business forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our services
- Schedule appointments accurately in our CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service and answer client questions
- Work with our team to improve appointment success rates
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a plus
