Under the guidance of the Laboratory Manager, you will contribute to establishing and maintaining laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting research activities. Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory techniques including molecular biology methods and other standard procedures to support product development and testing.
- Operate and maintain various laboratory instruments, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Conduct laboratory research activities, assisting in experiments and data collection to support ongoing projects.
- Maintain strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep accurate and detailed laboratory records, documenting procedures, results, and observations in accordance with company standards.
- Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data entry, tracking samples, and managing information efficiently.
- Use Microsoft Office tools to compile reports, analyze data, and communicate findings effectively.
- Support the organization of laboratory supplies, equipment, and documentation to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills
- Basic laboratory techniques with a focus on immunoassay methods.
- Proficiency with laboratory instruments commonly used in diagnostics research.
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety practices and protocols.
- Experience with laboratory record keeping and documentation standards.
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
