We own and operate a growing portfolio of businesses, including restaurants, automotive facilities, and other ventures. We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Events Manager who thrives on measurable results, not just creating content.

Note: This is not a “post on social media” position. Every dollar spent on marketing must generate measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Digital Marketing & Strategy
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, build remarketing campaigns, and optimize for the highest possible ROI.
- Create landing pages, promotions, and customer acquisition funnels that generate leads and sales.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets across multiple businesses.
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans for our restaurants, automotive ventures, and future business acquisitions.
Event Planning & Community Outreach
- Plan and coordinate grand openings, customer appreciation events, car shows, live music nights, charity events, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate vendors, entertainment, permits, marketing materials, and event logistics from start to finish.
- Build local sponsorships and develop relationships with schools, businesses, Chambers of Commerce, apartment communities, car clubs, and realtors.
Reporting & Analytics
- Provide weekly reports tracking advertising spend, sales generated, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), cost per lead, website traffic, conversion rates, and event attendance.
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools to provide actionable marketing recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads (Required).
- Skills: Strong understanding of marketing analytics, ROI, and creating/optimizing paid campaigns.
- Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple businesses and priorities.
- Events: Experience planning and coordinating events is highly preferred.
- Traits: Self-motivated, accountable, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently.
