City Wide Property Services currently has an opening for a Janitor to join our expanding team in Napa, CA!
-Schedule: (35.25 hours per week)-
- Monday: 7:30am-4pm
- Tuesday 6:30am-2pm
- Wednesday: 7:30am-4pm
- Thursday: 7:30am-2pm
- Friday: 7:30am-4pm
- Saturday & Sunday: OFF
- 16 miles total per week in personal vehicle. Must possess a valid California driver’s license AND maintain valid auto insurance.
Responsibilities:
- The majority of this schedule consists of outdoor janitorial , with some indoor office janitorial responsibilities.******
- Clean and disinfect commercial office cubicles and common areas including breakrooms, restrooms, kitchens, gym area, meeting areas, and any other common areas.
- Clean and maintain flooring including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles.
- De-webbing of building and doorways
- Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior)
- Clean interior windows and mirrors while keeping ledges free of dust and debris.
- Routine and high dusting (blinds, pictures, furniture, etc.) when needed.
- Windowsill cleaning
- Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
- Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition
- Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Adhering to all safety rules and procedures
- Able to use software emails, teams chat, and portal on the company phone.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid California driver’s license
- Must maintain valid auto insurance
- Able to perform job duties that include pushing, carrying, bending, and handling supplies as needed.
- Able to handle extensive walking across properties and work outdoors year round in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, wind, etc.).
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical ability assessment that evaluates the essential physical functions required for this position.
- This role often requires working independently, being self-sufficient, and demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill client requests.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.90 - $19.90 per hour
