Overview
We are seeking dedicated and dependable Full-Time HVAC Technicians and Installers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and system performance. Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and related mechanical components.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute installations and repairs.
- Perform service technician duties such as diagnosing system issues using tools like ohmmeters and performing equipment repairs efficiently.
- Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems and property maintenance tasks to ensure seamless operation of all mechanical systems.
- Utilize welding skills for ductwork or equipment fabrication as needed; operate tools safely and follow all safety protocols.
- Assist with refrigeration systems and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) applications in compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all work performed for quality assurance and future reference.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in construction environments and field service operations.
- Proven service technician experience with a focus on HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or appliance repair.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately; familiarity with HVAC design principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices related to heating and cooling systems.
- Experience working with <PERSON> drivers or similar vehicle operation for timely job site visits.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems and HVAC/R equipment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with testing tools such as ohmmeters; skilled in equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Welding capabilities for ductwork or component fabrication; experience with boiler systems is advantageous.
- Mechanical aptitude combined with strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently in the field under minimal supervision. Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
