Our caring financial planning practice helps lead clients to their financial goals such as retirement, college education for children and helping business owners.
We are looking for an ambitious Client Service Assistant/Paraplanner with high attention to detail to join our fast-paced team. The Client Service Assistant will primarily assist financial advisors and the team in the financial planning workflow. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and performing work activities.
This role provides support by scheduling meetings, preparing client communications and tracking new business correspondence. This role is responsible for responding to ad hoc requests, coordinating/tracking projects, working with clients to resolve issues and other practice management tasks as needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Schedule client appointments and prepare agendas/forms for appointments
- Running investment reports and other client meeting documents
- Processing and tracking new business and services on existing accounts
- Providing information and research to our advisors regarding accounts and investments
- Executing client projects and performing related work as required

Requirements:
- 2- 3 years of insurance or financial services experience
- 15 years of general work experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of financial services products and strong desire to learn the financial planning and investment management process
- A self-starter who’s always looking for ways to help and grow with a positive attitude
Starting Base Salary: $50,000 to $52,000. Salary range is commensurate with experience.
